So at least they're there! <br /><br />I've been on the <a href="http://www.uk-yankee.com">UK-Yankee</a> forums a lot and its debatable as to whether or not the NY Consulate will email me a notification stating that they have received that documents. The package should arrive there today by noon, I checked the status a few minutes ago and it left Jacksonville yesterday yay! Once they receive the supporting documents I will know if I have my visa within 5 business days. So by around July 26-27 I should know! Eeek! I figured out how to view and print a PDF of my latest bank statement (which hasn't come in the mail yet) so i did that and added it to my big binder. Added Pete's documents. Then I completed the online application form, paid $506 on my credit card, and submitted it! <br /><br />Tomorrow I'm going to send all the supporting documentation. Yay! Gives me hope that everything will be ok. Pete also talked to his parents about the whole situation, and they're co-sponsoring me to move over, so that'll help out with immigration.
