We already knew that he couldn't claim any extra benefit for me (because I'm not a resident or anything) but we thought he'd be allowed to claim for himself (its his right as a British citizen, correct?) NOPE! Apparently if I was in the country he could claim himself but not me (like we thought) but since I'm not he was told he couldn't even claim HIMSELF WTF?!
